In daily rental each day is priced separately and the total cost rises linearly as the period grows; in monthly rental there is a single contract and a fixed monthly fee, with roadside assistance and maintenance coordination included in the package (ask our customer service about insurance cover). For a mid-size vehicle over 30 days, we provide the comparative cost of both options in writing together with the quote.
Under a monthly contract, compared with the daily rental price, an average of 8,000–15,500 TL in monthly savings is achieved. In corporate use this figure becomes a significant annual budget item.
Long-term rental brings further advantages: single-contract management, fixed monthly expense planning, vehicle change flexibility (on contracts longer than 30 days) and easier invoicing.

Car rental prices show marked seasonal fluctuation over the year. The most advantageous periods for monthly rental can be listed as follows:
Low Season (November – February): Demand varies from period to period and the price is calculated separately for each date. In our check on 30 September 2026, a 30-day search for 15 January – 14 February 2027 returned higher totals than the search for 15 October – 14 November 2026, so do not assume the winter months are automatically cheaper; search with your own dates.
Shoulder Season (March–April and October): Prices are mid-range. For corporate customers preparing for the summer, six-month contracts starting in March–April lock in a favourable price.
High Season (May – September): Prices rise along with tourism demand. In this period, extending a contract started earlier is more advantageous than starting a new one.
Recommendation: Apply for monthly rental at least 3 weeks before the season begins. Stock is guaranteed for your chosen segment and location, and your price is locked in at the moment of confirmation.
The great majority of car rental companies in Turkey require a credit card for the deposit. SAW Rent A Car has taken a different approach; there is no credit card requirement for monthly rentals. Rental without a credit card is arranged through our customer service (WhatsApp/phone); in online booking the payment step is shown on screen.
Accepted alternative payment methods:
A cash deposit is applied instead of a credit card; the deposit ranges from 10,000–30,000 TL depending on the car and, under clause 4.11 of the Rental Conditions, is refunded within 6 business days of the return date if the car is returned complete and on time and there is no outstanding debt.
This practice is critical above all for the following customers: individuals whose credit card limit does not cover a high deposit, corporate payments originating abroad, and SMEs operating with a cash reserve. For details see our Car Rental Without a Credit Card page.
The legal car rental age in Turkey is 21. SAW Rent A Car offers monthly car rental to drivers aged 21–25 within its standard policy. No additional documents or guarantees are required. The young driver package is shown in the extras step of the booking.

The standard conditions of the monthly rental contract are summarised below. The detailed contract text can be sent by e-mail together with the reservation confirmation.
Mileage Limit: In the 30-day search of 30 September 2026, the car cards showed a total limit of 3.000 km for 30 days; if a different limit is stated on the delivery form, that one applies (Rental Conditions clause 4.16). For extended or unlimited km, contact our customer service (WhatsApp/phone); an extra mileage package is also listed in the extras step of the booking.
Insurance Coverage:
Deposit: 10,000–30,000 TL depending on the car; in the search of 30 September 2026 the deposit on the cards ranged from 11.122 ₺ to 27.805 ₺. Accepted in cash or by credit card block. Under clause 4.11 of the Rental Conditions, it is refunded or the block is released within 6 business days of the return date if the car is returned complete and on time and there is no outstanding debt.
Vehicle Change: Within the first 72 hours from the start of the contract, a free vehicle change is guaranteed in the event of a serious technical fault. On contracts longer than 30 days, a model change within the same segment can be requested from day 15 onwards.
Early Return: Under clause 7.1 of the Rental Conditions, no refund is made if you wish to return the car before the end of the period; choose the period to fit your plans. Extending requires written approval (clause 7.4).
The subject corporate taxpayers ask about most often is invoicing and tax compliance. SAW Rent A Car issues a legal invoice for every rental transaction.
Individual customers: A VAT-inclusive e-archive invoice is issued on the date the vehicle is handed over.
Corporate customers: Issued in e-invoice format with the company title and tax number. The invoice date is the contract start date; it is accounted for as a single monthly item.
VAT position: Car rental services are subject to 20 percent VAT. For corporate tax payers, car rental expenses are fully deductible under Article 29 of the VAT Code. Where use is partly for business purposes, the deduction rate is determined by the percentage of use.
Invoice for a company based in Spain or the EU: A request for an invoice in foreign currency (EUR/USD) for foreign legal entities may be considered subject to advance notice.
