Corporate requests for several cars or a specific arrangement are not listed on the online screen; send them by WhatsApp or phone. You can also book a single car for a long period online.

Below you will find the right route for you, the car group for each need, the details required for a quote and the conditions that apply to long-term rental. Contract length, mileage and payment arrangement are set according to your request; we do not publish a fixed list price or ready-made packages.

Corporate Car Rental: Online or by Quote?

Depending on the size of your need, there are two routes:

Online booking (single car): Choose the pick-up and return dates as a long range in the booking form. In our check on 30 September 2026, searches for Sabiha Gökçen covering 30 and 90 days listed car cards; each card shows the total mileage limit and the "Pay Now" amount for the chosen period.

Quote (several cars or a specific arrangement): For details such as several cars, different pick-up points, a driver list, invoicing and payment arrangement, send your request to our customer service by WhatsApp or phone; availability and price are sent to you as a quote.

The main factors that set the price for a long-term rental are the car group, rental period, number of cars, pick-up and return point, mileage needed and dates.

Car Group by Need

The models below are taken from the car cards in our booking system and are provided on an 'or similar' basis. Choose the group closest to your company use and state it in your quote request.

The minimum age and years of licence depend on the car: some cars can be rented at 21 with a licence held for 2 years; in the upper segment the requirement rises to 25–27 years of age and 5–7 years of licence. The requirement for the car you choose is shown on its car card on the booking screen.

For teams carrying samples, equipment or materials, the cars listed as van type on the cards are: Fiat Fiorino, Ford Courier and Fiat Doblo.

Seat, luggage and age/licence values are taken from the car cards of a 30-day Sabiha Gökçen search made on 30 September 2026. All models: rental cars.

Which Details Should You Share for a Quote?

Sharing the following details in a single message when you send your request makes it easier to prepare the quote for your needs:

• Company name and tax number
• Number of cars and preferred car group
• Start date and planned rental period
• Pick-up and return point
• Number of drivers who will use the car
• Drivers' ages and years of licence
• Estimated monthly mileage
• Payment and invoicing preference

Corporate Rental Step by Step

1. Prepare your need using the list above.
2. Send your request to our customer service by WhatsApp or phone.
3. Suitable cars, price and conditions are sent to you as a quote.
4. With your approval, the driver list, invoicing and payment details are finalised.
5. You collect the cars at the pick-up point you chose; at airports you are met at the terminal exit.
6. For an extension or a car change, you again contact our customer service.

Invoicing and Payment

Companies receive an e-invoice in their registered company name. For use of 30 days or more, a quote tailored to your company is prepared and an e-invoice is issued in your company name. Share your company name and tax number during the quote.

According to the car cards on the booking screen, VAT and free roadside assistance are included in the price.

On request, the invoice can also be issued in EUR or USD; state this preference during the quote. Car rental is subject to VAT; VAT-registered companies can deduct the VAT on the invoice under Article 29 of the Turkish VAT Law.

In online booking, the payment step is shown on screen (Pay Now). For paying without a credit card or on delivery of the car, you can talk to our customer service (WhatsApp/phone); methods such as bank transfer, EFT, cash, Wise and Revolut and the timing of payment are agreed together with the quote. Rental Conditions that Apply in the Long Term

The Rental Conditions also apply to long-term rentals. The clauses companies ask about most:

• Drivers: Only persons written on the delivery form as driver or additional driver who meet the age and licence requirement for the car group may drive the car (clause 4.7).
• Mileage: The car card shows the total mileage limit for the period you choose; if a different limit is written on the delivery form, that one prevails. If the limit is exceeded, an excess charge that varies by car group applies (clause 4.16).
• Car change: If you change the car within the same contract, excess mileage is calculated on the total mileage driven over the whole contract (clause 4.16).
• Extension: Written approval is obtained for every extension of the rental period (clause 7.4).
• Road charges and fines: Fuel, parking, HGS/OGS, motorway and bridge tolls and traffic fines are paid by the renter (clause 4.10).

Pick-up and Return Points

You can collect your cars at the 16 points in our booking form: Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), Antalya (AYT), Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB), Dalaman (DLM), Milas-Bodrum (BJV), Ankara Esenboğa (ESB), Trabzon (TZX), Mersin Çukurova (COV), Gaziantep (GZT), Kayseri Erkilet (ASR), Samsun-Çarşamba (SZF), Ordu-Giresun (OGU), Diyarbakır (DIY), Bursa Yenişehir (YEI) and Bursa city centre. At airports you are met at the terminal exit.
