Those who do not comply with the turning and passing rules.
Those who do not comply with the right of way at intersections.
Those who do not wear seat belts, helmets or safety glasses.

Those who throw or spill things from the vehicle.
Those who play loud music.
Those who do not comply with lane monitoring and changing rules.

For those who use disabled parking areas without permission: 1.986 TL.
Those who receive more passengers than the carrying limit: 777 TL.
To those who endanger traffic safety: 2.072 TL.

In addition, those who cause a traffic accident by drinking more than 1 promil of alcohol will be prosecuted according to Article 179 of the Turkish Penal Code.
