At SAW Rent A Car, VIP car rental is done with upper-segment cars, with or without a chauffeur. You choose the date and pickup point in the booking form at the top of this page. Chauffeur service and special requests such as weddings or events are finalised through our contact channels.
Four things set the total: the car class, the rental period, the chauffeur fee and the damage cover chosen at the start of the rental. For VIP car rental in Istanbul you can choose Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) as your pickup point.
Which cars are available for VIP service?
There are two routes in VIP service. On request: the models below are not in the online booking list; they are arranged through our customer service (WhatsApp/phone), availability is confirmed for your date and pickup point, and the price is quoted on request.
Sedan: Mercedes E and S-Class, BMW 5 and 7 Series, Audi A6 and A8
SUV: Range Rover
Minivan: Mercedes V-Class (Vito)

The minimum age and years of licence depend on the car: some cars can be rented at 21 with a licence held for 2 years; in the upper segment the requirement rises to 25–27 years of age and 5–7 years of licence. The requirement for the car you choose is shown on its car card on the booking screen. The table was taken from the car cards in our booking system in September 2026; as on the booking screen, the car is provided “or similar”. For online rental you see the current price on the car card in the booking form for your chosen date and pickup point. For models arranged on request, chauffeur service and special requests, the price is quoted on request.
Which VIP car for which occasion?
Wedding and bridal car
A Mercedes E or S-Class can be chosen as the bridal car. These models are arranged on request through our customer service; in online booking there are also Intermediate sedans or SUVs, and a 9-seat minibus for a large family. Corporate business travel
For executive transfers and hosting guests, the BMW 5/7 Series and Audi A6/A8 sedan segment is a good fit. These models are arranged on request; in online booking the Toyota Corolla, Renault Megane and Hyundai Tucson can be rented right away. You can rent with or without a chauffeur.
Congresses, fairs and conferences
With room for 7 passengers and 7 bags, the Mercedes V-Class (Vito) suits team transfers. The V-Class is arranged on request; in online booking the Peugeot Expert Traveller, with 9 seats and 8 bags, can be rented right away. If you need more than one vehicle, just send us the date and the number of people.
Airport VIP meet-and-greet
An airport pickup for your guests can be planned with a chauffeured V-Class, Range Rover or S-Class. The pickup and the car are arranged on request through our customer service. Send your request with the flight number and landing time.
Wedding convoy
For convoys made up of a bridal car and following cars, tell us the number of vehicles and the models; one quote is prepared for all of them.
VIP car rental with chauffeur
With a chauffeur, the driver’s fee is quoted separately from the car rental price. The exact amount is set by a quote based on hours, route and waiting time. For details of the service, see our car rental with driver page.
VIP rental for corporate customers
Companies receive an e-invoice in their registered company name. For use of 30 days or more, a quote tailored to your company is prepared under monthly car rental. If you need cars in more than one city, you can send it all in one request. For information about our company, see our corporate page.
VIP car rental without a credit card
In upper-segment rentals the credit card limit may not be enough. To pay without a credit card (bank transfer, EFT, cash, Wise or Revolut) or to pay when you collect the car, talk to our customer service via WhatsApp or phone; in online booking, the payment options are shown on screen. Which conditions apply when renting a VIP car?
The VIP segment is subject to the same rental conditions as standard cars. However, some thresholds are set by car group, so they may be different in the upper segment:
Licence period and age limit: set by car group; in the classes used for VIP service they start at age 25 with a 5-year licence, and the Peugeot 3008, Peugeot 5008 and Peugeot Expert Traveller require age 27 and a 7-year licence. Additional drivers must meet the same requirement (Rental Conditions art. 4.7).
Security amount: set by car group. If the car is returned complete and on time, it is released or the block is lifted within 6 business days of the return date (art. 4.11).
Road costs: fuel, parking, HGS/OGS tolls, motorway and bridge crossings and traffic fines are paid by the renter (art. 4.10). Fuel is returned at the level it was collected (art. 4.17).
Mileage: the total km limit for your chosen period is shown on the car’s booking card.
Damage cover: Mini, Super Mini or Premium Damage Cover can be chosen at the start of the rental. Premium Damage Cover covers body damage in a single-vehicle accident up to 20,000 TL including VAT on the renter’s statement. The Mini cover limit is 5,500 TL. Burns or tears in seats and upholstery, screen/instrument damage and missing interior equipment are excluded from all three covers. Any amount above the limit is charged to the renter separately (art. 4.11).
What information do we need for a quote?
Date and time: pickup and return time, and for chauffeur requests the total service time.
Pickup point and route: airport or address, and the places you will visit.
Number of people and bags: this decides between a sedan and a minibus.
With or without a chauffeur: for self-drive rental, the driver’s licence details.
Invoice details: company name and tax number for corporate rentals.
The online booking form lists 16 pickup points: Istanbul Airport (IST), Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), Antalya (AYT), Izmir Adnan Menderes (ADB), Muğla Dalaman (DLM), Milas-Bodrum (BJV), Ankara Esenboğa (ESB), Trabzon (TZX), Mersin Çukurova (COV), Gaziantep (GZT), Kayseri Erkilet (ASR), Samsun-Çarşamba (SZF), Ordu-Giresun (OGU), Diyarbakır (DIY) and Bursa Yenişehir (YEI) airports, plus Bursa city centre. The form shows on its car cards which cars are available at that point on your date; chauffeur requests are confirmed through our contact channels.
How is the VIP car rental price set?
Four things set the amount: the car class, the rental period, the chauffeur fee and the damage cover chosen at the start of the rental. For self-drive rental, the current price is shown on the car card in the booking form; for chauffeur service, you receive an exact quote once you share the date and route.
How much is VIP car rental for a wedding?
The amount depends on the car, the date, the period and the route. For self-drive rental you see the price in the booking form; if you want decoration or a chauffeur, send us your date and route and we will prepare a quote for you.
Is an airport transfer possible with a chauffeured VIP car?
Yes. For a chauffeured transfer, the amount is set by quote according to the car class, the distance and the waiting time. Share your flight time and destination address and we will send the exact transfer price as a quote.
Is there a corporate monthly VIP rental agreement?
Yes. For use of 30 days or more, a quote tailored to your company is prepared and an e-invoice is issued in your company name. You can send your request via our monthly car rental page or our contact channels.
Can I pay without a credit card when renting a VIP car?
Yes; paying without a credit card (bank transfer, EFT, cash, Wise or Revolut) or paying at car handover is arranged with our customer service via WhatsApp or phone. In online booking, the payment options are shown on screen.
In which cities are the Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series available?
Where upper-segment models are ready depends on the date. These models are arranged on request through our customer service (WhatsApp/phone); once you share the date and pickup point, availability is confirmed and the price is sent as a quote.
What is the difference between VIP car rental and luxury car rental?
VIP car rental focuses on the service itself: the chauffeur option, airport meet-and-greet, event and corporate quotes. Our luxury car rental page lists the upper-segment models you can rent right away online, with transmission, fuel, capacity and the age and licence requirement, and the luxury models arranged on request by segment. If you will drive yourself, you can choose the model there.
Can I return the VIP car at a different point?
In the booking form you can choose a return point different from the pickup point. If a one-way fee applies on that route, it is shown as a separate line on the car card and added to the total.
