Driving your own car from the airport to the districts of the Asian side, towards Kocaeli or across the bridges to the European side is often more flexible than planning public transport with changes or a taxi. How Do You Collect Your Car After Landing at Sabiha Gökçen with Pegasus?

On the online booking form you select Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) as the pick-up point; your car is handed over at the terminal exit, where you are met according to your landing time. 1. Choose the time: Set the pick-up time on the form according to the scheduled landing time on your Pegasus ticket; if you arrive on an international flight, allow time for passport control and luggage.
2. Save the number: Save your booking confirmation and the number 0850 304 94 30 on your phone; you may need to message us on WhatsApp after landing.
3. Switch on your phone: Keep your phone on once the plane lands; if your flight was delayed, send the new time without losing a moment.
4. Collect your luggage: Take your suitcases from the baggage belt and walk towards the terminal exit.
5. Meeting and paperwork: You are met at the terminal exit, complete the contract with your driving licence and ID document and check the car together.
6. Set off: Check the fuel policy and the mileage allowance shown on the car card, then hit the road.

Planning Around Your Pegasus Landing Time

Planning changes for Pegasus flights landing at Sabiha Gökçen at different times of the day. The notes below are general guidance; check current traffic in your map app.

• Morning landings: Roads from the airport towards the city get busy during the morning commute; leave a time margin for your first appointment or your hotel check-in.
• Midday landings: City traffic is usually smoother than in the morning and evening; if you are crossing a bridge to the European side, set off before the evening rush begins.
• Evening landings: During the after-work hours the main roads of the Asian side and the bridge connections get busy; if your destination is far, plan the route before boarding.
• Night and early-morning landings: The pick-up time options on the form run from 00:00 to 23:30; for a night landing, too, choose your time on the form. If you have a question about the meeting, write to our customer service before booking.

Domestic or international? Pegasus passengers arriving from abroad go through passport control and customs, so it makes sense to choose the pick-up time with a wider margin than for domestic passengers. On a journey with a connection, set the pick-up time according to the landing time of your last flight.

If Your Pegasus Flight Is Delayed or Cancelled

A delay is the most common surprise of an airport journey. As soon as you learn that your flight is late, send your booking name and the new estimated landing time to our customer service by WhatsApp or phone, and agree together on the time the meeting will follow.

The waiting time, any extra charge or the conditions for moving the booking to the new time may vary with the situation; get the exact information from our customer service. This page makes no commitment on waiting time or charges.

If your flight is cancelled or moves to another day, contact us on the same line to change the dates of your car booking or to cancel it. Following the current status of the flight on Pegasus's own channels makes it easier to pass the new time on to us correctly.

Choosing a Car by Luggage for Pegasus Passengers

The options below are taken from the car cards of a search we ran in our booking system on 13 October 2026 with pick-up and return at Sabiha Gökçen for 20–27 October 2026; a repeat search for 3–10 November 2026 showed the same 19 cars. Choose according to whether you travel with cabin baggage or with large suitcases:

• Travelling alone or as two with cabin baggage: Opel Corsa, Renault Clio, Hyundai i20, Citroen C3 and Renault Taliant (Economy); lowest driver requirement: age 21 and a licence held for 3 years
• Couple or small family with suitcases: Renault Megane, Toyota Corolla and Peugeot 2008 (Intermediate); lowest driver requirement: age 25 and a licence held for 5 years
• Large suitcases and plenty of luggage: Ford Courier, Fiat Doblo and Dacia Duster (Compact, Minivan and SUV); lowest driver requirement: age 21 and a licence held for 2 years

Cars are listed on the cards with the note "or similar"; the model handed over to you depends on availability on your dates. Seats and luggage capacity are shown on each car card.

Returning the Car at Sabiha Gökçen for Your Return Flight

If your Pegasus return flight also departs from Sabiha Gökçen, you return the car at the same point. On return day, set off early, allowing for traffic on the airport road, the security check at the terminal entrance and the airline's check-in closing time; adjust the fuel level to the policy shown on the car card.

If you fly home from Istanbul Airport or another airport, you can choose that point from the return list on the form; in that case a return fee line appears on the car card. Agree the return fee with our customer service by WhatsApp or phone before booking. Renting Without a Credit Card and Payment

When booking online, the payment options are shown on the card of the car you choose; you pick the one that suits you before confirming. The deposit amount for the car is also shown on its card.

Rental Conditions

Licence and age: The minimum age and years of licence depend on the car: some cars can be rented at 21 with a licence held for 2 years; in the upper segment the requirement rises to 25–27 years of age and 5–7 years of licence. The requirement for the car you choose is shown on its car card on the booking screen.

Licence issued abroad: If your driving licence was issued in another country, ask our customer service before booking about the conditions for renting in Turkey.

Additional driver: If more than one person will drive the car, ask our customer service about the additional driver conditions.

Included in the price: VAT and roadside assistance are listed under "Included" on the car card; read the list before confirming the booking.

Mileage and fuel: The total mileage allowance for the rental period and the fuel policy are shown on the car card.
